Return policy

You can return the purchased item or exchange it for another within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

1. The returned product must be in its original, undamaged packaging, unused, with the same contents as received by the Buyer, and without any loss of commercial appearance (labels intact).
2. The buyer must send the returned goods to the OMNIVOS post office at Viada Saltoniškių g.12, Vilnius, contact telephone number +37069977601.
3. The buyer must enclose a letter with the returned goods, stating the order number and whether they wish to exchange or return the goods.
4. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept goods returned by the Buyer if the returned goods have been used, do not have their original labels, are damaged, or have been manufactured or customized according to a special order.
5. The buyer shall bear the costs of returning or exchanging quality goods. Only the amount paid for the goods shall be refunded to the buyer. Shipping costs shall not be refunded to the buyer.
6. If the Buyer paid for the goods with a gift voucher, the voucher and any additional amount paid (if applicable) will be refunded. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. If the Buyer returns a product purchased at a discount, the amount paid for the product with the applicable discount will be refunded.
8. In the event of a return, the amount paid for the item(s) will be refunded no later than 5 business days from the date of return. The money will only be refunded to the account from which the order was paid.

Change

The model or size of the product can be changed within 14 days in Lithuania and within 30 days in the European Union and other countries from the date of delivery of the product to the buyer.

1. The item being exchanged must be in its original, undamaged packaging, unused, with the same contents as received by the Buyer, and without any loss of commercial appearance (undamaged labels, etc.).
2. The Buyer must send the goods to be exchanged to the OMNIVOS post office at Viada Saltoniškiu g.12, Vilnius, contact telephone number +37069977601. The postal costs associated with the exchange shall be borne by the Buyer.
3. The buyer must attach a letter to the item being exchanged, stating the order number and information about the item they wish to exchange it for.

Goods of inadequate quality shall be exchanged or returned in accordance with the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods, approved by Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy on June 29, 2001.
