Return policy

You can return or exchange a purchased item within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

1. The returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging, unused, complete with all accessories as received by the Buyer, and in its original condition with intact labels.
2. The buyer must send the returned items to the OMNIVA parcel locker at Viada, Saltoniškių g. 12, Vilnius, contact phone +37069977601.
3. When returning an item, the buyer must include a note stating the order number and whether the item is being returned for an exchange or a refund.
4. The Seller has the right to refuse returned items if the product has been used, is missing its original tags, is damaged, or was custom-made or altered according to a special order.
5. Shipping costs for returning or exchanging quality items are covered by the buyer. Only the amount paid for the item will be refunded to the buyer. Shipping costs are not refundable.
6. If the Buyer paid for the item with a gift voucher, the voucher and any additional amount paid (if applicable) will be refunded. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. If the Buyer returns an item purchased with a discount, the refunded amount will be the price paid after applying the valid discount.
8. In the case of a return, the money paid for the item(s) will be refunded no later than within 5 business days from the day the item is returned. Refunds will only be issued to the bank account from which the order was paid.

Exchange

Items can be exchanged for a different model or size within 14 days in Lithuania, and within 30 days in the European Union and other countries, starting from the day of delivery.

1. The item to be exchanged must be in its original, undamaged, and clean packaging, unused, complete with all accessories as received by the Buyer, and in a resellable condition (with undamaged labels, etc.).
2. The buyer must send the items to be exchanged to the OMNIVA parcel locker at Viada, Saltoniškių g. 12, Vilnius, contact phone +37069977601. Shipping costs related to the exchange are paid by the Buyer.
3. When exchanging an item, the buyer must include a note stating the order number and the item they would like to exchange it for.

Items of unsatisfactory quality are exchanged or returned in accordance with the "Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items, approved by Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of 29 June 2001."
